As a responding Law Enforcement Officer, you do not always have the luxury of waiting for or even having a backup. You, as the first responding officer, may need to make immediate entry into that residence to ensure the safety of others. Searching alone, you will never be 100% safe. Force on Force (Reality Based Training) – We provide proven/realistic training. This training is intended to provide/expose officers to realistic, effective, stress-infused scenarios. “Stress Inoculation” is the key. This training will allow you to witness reaction times, human behavior, decisions, orientation phases, and many other aspects of rapidly unfolding encounters. Our FOF training will not only test your officers’ skills under pressure but will also help improve those skills. Situational awareness, decision-making, physical skills, and communication are all vital to the safety of our officers. FOF will help instill these life-saving skills. All scenarios and isolation drills can be tailored to meet your department’s policy and procedures. Can be used to evaluate your department’s tactics and force options. We can help you identify goals/objectives, including legal and policy considerations. Intended to enhance officer performance, thus helping to reduce liability. This training is conducted in a safe manner.
